Refund and Cancellation Policy

💳 1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings or by contacting our customer support team at admin@pixelect.in.
1.2. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
1.3. You will continue to have access to all features included in your subscription plan until the end of your current billing period.
💰 2. Refund Policy
2.1. No Refund Policy: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered or time-based subscriptions.
2.2. Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical issues that completely prevent the use of our services and cannot be resolved within 48 hours
- Incorrect charges or billing errors
- Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 48 consecutive hours)
2.3. Ineligible for Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
- Changes in business needs or circumstances
- Failure to use the service
- Partial use of subscription period

3.1. If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of the charge.

🔄 4. Refund Processing
4.1. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.3. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
🎁 5. Free Trials
5.1. If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged.
5.2. Once the free trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
⚠️ 6. Service Termination
6.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of our Terms & Conditions.
6.2. In case of termination due to policy violations, no refunds will be provided.
