BY AND BETWEEN: Royal Moments Photography, represented by Rajib Karmakar (Founder), situated at Kolkata, West Bengal (hereinafter "Studio") of the FIRST PART;
AND: Rahul Roy & Priyanka Sen, Phone: +91 99335 57706 (hereinafter "Client") of the SECOND PART.

Agreed Commercials:
Total Package: ₹1,45,000
Advance Token: ₹30,000
Event Day: ₹85,000 • Balance Due: ₹30,000
Scope of Deliverables:
2 Days Traditional Photography + Candid Cinematography (Teaser 60s & 45m Film) + Drone 4K + 40-Page Canvera Flushmount Album + Pixelect 3D Online Gallery.
1. Payment Schedule: Non-refundable retainer of ₹30,000 upon booking. ₹85,000 due on event day. Balance of ₹30,000 payable before final album printing.
2. RAW Files & Copyright: Studio retains intellectual property rights over untouched camera RAW files. Only color-graded JPEGs and edited masters are delivered. RAW files require separate archiving fees.
3. 30-Day Photo Selection & Cloud Archival: Client agrees to finalize album photo selection within 30 calendar days via Pixelect online portal. Studio guarantees data storage for 6 months from event date.
4. Delivery Milestones: Online gallery in 15–20 working days. Cinematic teaser in 25 working days. Physical albums within 25–30 working days from final layout sign-off.
5. Meals & Travel: Client provides meals during active shoot hours. For outstation shoots, travel and hotel accommodation for the crew shall be borne by Client.
7. Cancellation & Force Majeure: Booking advance is strictly non-refundable. Studio's liability under unforeseen circumstances is limited to the refund of monies paid.
